For patients who develop hepatotoxicity during treatment, ABIRATERONE ACETATE should be temporarily discontinued until recovery. Retreatment may be initiated at a reduced dose. However, ABIRATERONE ACETATE should be permanently discontinued if the patient develops severe hepatotoxicity.
